Can the background color of the main menu in the menu position at the top of a Joomla 4 page be changed using the "user.css"? If so, what would be the css to do so?

Hi. Even the Joomla developers do not know the template code by heart. Find the necessary elements/selectors through Dev Tools of your browser and use them for your code in user.css. Or provide a link and screenshot what you want to change.
